Beware of mad dogs and rotten transoms...

There is nothing worse than discovering major structural problems unexpectedly. It is always advisable to have your vessel surveyed by someone who is specially trained to identify problem areas and offer suggestions for their correct repair. A full survey, although sometimes seemingly expensive, is essential prior to purchasing the vessel and very helpful to have done if you already own one.

  • Our focus is the restoration and repair of wooden boats but we also have done much work on the wooden trim and cabinetry of fiberglass, steel and aluminum vessels. We have subcontractors who are experts in their field to perform hull repairs on these vessels. We have the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project including mechanical and fiberglass repairs due to our good working relationships with local marinas and service people. We are fully insured and have facilities to move and service any size vessel as well as a mobile shop set up for on site work.

  • We have built boats and furniture that were displayed at the Buffalo Museum of Science as well as included in gallery shows. Our strict adherence to high standards of quality is what makes our work stand above the rest. Only the best materials are used and we unequivocally stand behind all of our work.
